Free Trial

If you order a free trial, a username and password will be emailed to your main contact. These will be valid for one month, unless a subscription order is received, when they will be extended as set out below.

Subscription

If you order a subscription, a username and password will be emailed to your main contact. These will be valid for twelve months from the date of issue. However, they will cease to operate after 30 days if no payment is received.

You may wish to revise your subscription details from time to time. On request, the current details will be supplied to you for electronic correction. If your category changes, your subscription may be adjusted for the unexpended proportion of the current subscription period.

Small Print

Users” means “people in your organisation who are likely to access SPPAN ”.

Charity” means “a charity registered in the UK or Scotland ”.

Community organisation” means “an organisation constituted to serve its community ”. Examples can include Scottish Community Councils or amenity groups. Local authorities and government organisations are not included.

SPPAN licences are provided on the understanding that access to SPPAN is restricted to members or employees of your organisation (users) and that the username, password or files will not be redistributed to any other person or organisation.

The contents of this website and all SPPAN material, including its associated files, is protected by copyright. Crown copyright is automatically waived, except for the reproduction of externally-sourced illustrations where copyright remains with the originator.
